How do we transform this vision into reality? The answer lies in the tireless efforts of our Neighborhood Engagement Team, affectionately known as The NET. Collaborating with over 35 Future Homeowners, The NET supports a twelve-month journey of learning and saving, guiding participants through the intricate process of purchasing their first home. At the heart of this transformative initiative is the Washington Park Access Homes Cohort, generously sponsored by U.S. Bank and spearheaded by the expertise of ACTS Housing, in partnership with Riverworks Development, Safe & Sound, Inc., and Greater Milwaukee Urban League.
What emerges as a beacon of hope and inspiration is the formation of groups of families, united in their pursuit of knowledge and planning for a brighter future.
